Most pool service pricing in the industry starts low and increases over time through add-ons, exclusions, or increased service when a pool requires more attention. While this can appear flexible, it often leads to inconsistent care, unclear expectations, and surprise costs once service is underway.

Our approach is intentionally different. We start by gathering detailed information about your pool and building a comprehensive flat-rate price that includes the full scope of professional care—cleaning, digital water testing, accurate chemical dosing, reporting, and consistent service standards. This rate reflects what it actually takes to maintain your pool properly, without shortcuts or hidden exclusions.

From there, we offer optional discounts that allow you to reduce your monthly cost based on your preferences, flexibility, and participation—without compromising service quality. This means you begin with a complete, high-standard service plan and then tailor the price to fit your needs and budget, rather than sacrificing care to hit a lower starting number.

As an added benefit, we offer an uncapped referral discount program that rewards customers for sharing our service with others. As long as referrals remain active, discounts continue to apply—potentially reducing monthly service costs significantly over time. This allows customers who value our service to lower their cost organically, while still receiving the same level of professional care.

We walk you through pricing, options, and service expectations before anything is finalized—so there are no surprises once service begins.

Available Discounts

We believe pricing should be flexible when service requirements allow. Once your pool’s full service price is established, eligible discounts can be applied to reduce your monthly cost—without reducing service quality or care standards.

Discount availability depends on your pool, preferences, and participation, and all options are clearly explained before anything is finalized.

  • Customers who can offer flexibility with their service day may qualify for reduced pricing. Our recurring pool services are performed Monday through Friday, while one-time or special services are scheduled on weekends.

    This option does not mean your service day will change week to week without notice. You will be assigned a regular service day, and if operational needs or route demand require a change, you will be notified in advance and the change would take effect the following week.

  • Customers who choose this option are responsible for cleaning their pool filters twice per year. By handling filter maintenance independently, you may qualify for a reduced monthly service rate.

    All other aspects of regular pool service remain unchanged.

  • Prefer to handle cleaning but want professional water care? With this option, we visit weekly on your assigned service day to perform digital water testing, balance chemicals accurately, and verify that pool equipment is operating properly.

    Filter cleaning is still included with this service. The homeowner is responsible for skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and cleaning baskets between visits.

  • This option is ideal for homeowners who prefer to manage their own water chemistry. We perform all physical cleaning tasks, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and cleaning skimmer baskets.

    Filter cleaning remains included. The homeowner is responsible for testing water and adding chemicals as needed to maintain proper balance.

  • Customers may earn ongoing monthly discounts by referring friends, family, or neighbors to Westcliff. Each active referral applies a recurring discount to your monthly service cost.

    For example, one referral may reduce your bill by $5 per month ($60 per year). Referring additional customers increases the discount accordingly. Our referral program is uncapped, meaning there is no limit to how much your monthly cost can be reduced—as long as referred accounts remain active, discounts continue to apply. In some cases, this can reduce monthly service costs all the way down to zero.

  • We offer a standing discount for active-duty military members, veterans, and first responders as a way to recognize their service. This discount is applied to the monthly service cost and does not affect service standards, water care quality, or reporting.

    Eligibility is verified during onboarding, and the discount remains in place as long as the account is active and in good standing.
